Sausage Pasta!

WELCOME GUYS TO MY 5TH AND FINAL BLOG! I know you guys might not see this since it is the day before second finals not to mention the date before the due date. But because of that I decided to make a little meal for myself IT WAS LOOKING SO GOOD, I ALMOST ATE THE WHOLE THING. (Summer body might not happen) =(.

This was a really nice meal and I enjoyed it. The flavor of the sausage really complemented the cheese from the pasta. Anyways, the first thing to do was gather up the ingredients and I modified the recipe a bit. In the book I was suppose to get;

-2/3 cup milk
-2 table spoons margarine or butter
-1 (4.8-ounce) package Pasta Roni Four Cheese Flavor with Corkscrew pasta
-1 1/2 cup frozen peas
-4 hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
-2 teaspoons mustard
(Publications International 34)

The only thing I took out was the mustard and the peas because they are not my favorite and yes I know, I should of added peas in there to be healthy but I was calling the shots so I don't think so. So everything else I had the pasta wasn't exactly the same but it was similar and I just used the cheese from the fries last time to substitute for the mustard.
After gathering the ingredients, I took the four sausages out of the package and cooked them in a pan first and then I cut them up into "1/2-inch pieces" (Publications International 34). Once that was done I got out a small cup that fit the measurements of "1 1/4 for water, and 2/3 for milk" (Publications International 34). I put 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan first then poured the water and then the milk.
I neglected to say that before I did this I put water in a pot and it was 3/4th's full. I waited for the water to heat up a bit and then put half of the noodles in from the box and waited for it to be ready. After they were I poured all the water out and put it in a basket bowl and let the extra water leave. After the butter, water, and milk finished boiling I had to put the noodles in right away. "Stir in pasta, return to a boil. Reduce Heat to medium. Gently boil uncovered, 7 to 8 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally" (Publications International 34).
After doing that I mixed it all together until all the liquid was absorbed by the noodles, and sprinkled some cheese on top, then added the sausage to it which was my favorite part.
FINALLY AFTER MIXING AND STIRRING TO EQUALLY DISTRIBUTE THE SAUSAGE EVERYWHERE. I WAS DONE. The final product looked great! I was super proud with my work and it motivated me to study more so I can go back home and create delicious "meals" like this for myself and my family. Thank you guys so much for reading my blog and I hope you enjoy starving from looking at my awesome creation.
