- passing the ball against a wall ( make sure you're on your toes while doing this).
- juggle the ball for at least 30 minutes a day ( i know it sounds like a lot but that's what it takes to become successful)
- pass the ball back and forth with a friend( have them hit it really hard for a while to you)
- and if you think you touch is good enough than try to do at least 500 juggles per day. if you cant reach 500 than you're touch is not good enough.
- dribbling between sets of cones (make sure cones are really close to each other to get the proper workout)

How to improve your soccer game
no matter how fast you are, strong, and smart. in the game of soccer your touch is the key to you being successful out there on the pitch. starting from the goal keeper all the way up to strikers, having a good touch could be the difference between you and the pros. if you watch how some of the best players in the world play, their key to having a good game always starts with they're touches. now your touch is something that no matter how good you are, always have to work on. great players like Lionel Messi spend so much time with the ball on their feet that it seems like they never mess up. but that starts with working on it, you don't just wake up one day and all of a sudden you a have a great touch. in fact your touch is better improved at home rather than at practice. so exactly how do you improve your touch? well here are some drills you can do.
