Street Photography

Street Photography, people cross paths with others they won’t meet at home. People buy, sell, bargain, and we form and convert the spaces we share. What does our public life say about us? Photographers look for a moments that determine an answer.  A person would think that it wouldn’t take much and have a good time doing street photography. But when you don’t life close to the city there isn’t too much of any street art.  It would better more common to have someone in the picture and the focus is in their reaction to the art either as inconspicuous and take candid shots, while others willingly interactive with the subject.

There are ways to practice of by taking pictures of strangers that are involved. “Either way is fine, but don’t be sneaky and remember that the goal is to enlighten- not to exploit” (Owen 247).  Looking for something different because there is a lot of graffiti and pictures everywhere but something that stands out. In this Photograph off to the right you can see the graffiti was put on after the crystal in the back had been painted.  I thought it was interesting to see the skill level in order to paint the crystal on their form how high it goes up the side of the building. Another example is the photograph to the left we first passed building with this painting on it during the day and later on when we can back, I realized what it really was showing. I was just in amazement of the creativity.it wasn’t easy to get this picture not blurry without a tripod. We were so done with being in Seattle and ready to go home. We had been out most of the day.
