Theta Waves

"Theta is the border between the conscious and the subconscious world, and by learning to use a conscious, waking Theta brain wave we can access and influence the powerful subconscious part of ourselves that is normally inaccessible to our waking minds."

Theta waves sound like like a warping noise, flowing quickly from ear to ear. You will need headphones and complete silence around you, I recommend doing this when you go to bed, so nothing disturbs you.

If you search up "theta waves on google, you will receive "Research on subjects as diverse as memory, emotion, neural plasticity, sleep, meditation and hypnosis have all drawn links to theta activity," as an option.

The waves should be the only thing you hear, it should fill up your head, but not be too loud. When i was listening to them, a state of meditation is what was felt first. My body felt peaceful and relaxed. Closing your eyes and focusing on just the waves helps a lot.

Hypnosis is the next thing felt. I did this test twice and both times i heard noises that were not there. I felt as though someone was in my room, rooting through my drawers. I was so convinced someoen was in my room, that i had stood still so the imaginary person would think i was asleep. I had even opened my eyes a minute later to see if anyone was actually there.

Though the waves were filling my head, the sound of someone opening my drawers and searching through it, was louder. My brain had placed it to my right, and the sound continued even after my eyes were open.

The second time i had listened to the theta waves, i heard the ocean in one ear, and a bird loudly tweeting in my ear.

There are two things i have discovered about these waves, they make you hallucinate and they help you fall asleep quick.

Search up "Theta Waves" on YouTube at home and try it for yourself!
